Prescription Refills

Bayside Urgent Care does not provide prescription refills. Prescription refills should be taken care of during your regularly scheduled visit with your primary care physician.

After Hours & Emergenices

For after hours care and emergenices, our physicians recommend Fairmont Emergency Care located at 6002 Fairmont Parkway. For immediate life-threatening emergencies, call 9-1-1.

Payment & Billing

We participate with most major health insurance plans and we will file your insurance claims for you. However, unless other arrangements have been made in advance, payment of all co-insurance, copays and deductibles will be expected at the time of service. We do offer discounts for patients that do not have health insurance. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

If your insurance carrier has not responded to your claim within 90 days, we reserve the right to formally transfer all associated liability for the claim to the patient or the guarantor. If we do not participate with your insurance plan, we will file your claim for you, but you will be expected to pay at the time of service.

We do realize that emergencies do arise that may affect timely payment of your account. If such extreme cases do occur, please contact our office at 281-249-2200.
